The Ruling Kind was born in 2021 after Ana struggled to find collars for the pups she was whelping. 

“I wanted to find something to take nice photos of the pups with but either the quality wasn’t good enough or I didn’t like the design. After all puppies went to their forever homes I felt very sad. I got very used to them and didn’t know where to put that love I had for them so one morning I started thinking about what kind of collars I would like to see on dogs. This brand was truly created from love and I can’t imagine doing anything else anymore. Dogs make me happy and I understand how much love their owners have for them so I wanted to create something with as much care.”

After she created her designs Ana went to a local jeweller to start working on the hardware and then connected with leather craftsmen in London. 

“People who work for TRK are all perfectionists and we constantly work on improving the designs and want to take this dog brand to the next level. Everything is designed and made from scratch. I want us to stay unique and innovative.”
